RockPile Finger Lakes “FLX”

RockPile FLX serves Geneva, New York and the Finger Lakes regions. It offers a variety of training options to meet your fitness needs including: yoga, HIIT, bootcamp, kick boxing and cross-training in group and personal training settings.

You will love our community and team of staff who are there to support you on every part of your fitness journey. We do this in a safe, rewarding and fun environment. Take a break from the chaos of your day and join us for a great sweat.

Our facility is located at 2154 Welch Road, Geneva, NY 14456. Our brand new facility is exceptionally clean, has top of the line equipment, three separate training rooms and bathrooms so locals and commuters can get in and get on with their days.
