Free Community CPR Event.

RockPile is participating in the Buffalo Bills and American Heart Association's free hands only CPR event at the old RockPile "Johnnie B Wiley Stadium."

RockPile will meet at the gym, take off at 9:40am to run just under 1 mile to the stadium, take the course, and finish with a 1 mile run back! 25 spots available, members sign up in the member app.

The Buffalo Bills and American Heart Association will work together to improve the chance of surviving a cardiac arrest in our community. These community trainings are designed for all ages and will include Hands-Only CPR training and family friendly activities. More information can be found here.
